Kingdom Hearts 358/2 with Time off for good behaviour... or whatever the ridiculous title is.

Square-Enix have made me a brand whore, so of course I'm playing it.

However, it plays more like Kingdom Hearts than Kingdom Hearts II, which means all the fast paced and generally more fun gameplay has gone back to being clunky and counter-intuitive.

It's also a real slow burner. Nothing really seems to happen, and when it does, the main lead misses most of it because he's asleep. (Is that a spoiler? Those who've played the horrible Chain of Memories know what happens anyway)

I'll most likely stick with it until the end because I'm a sucker for story and continuity, but the gameplay is leaving a lot to be desired after how much I enjoyed KH2.

Played through The Warriors on ps2 before and after school the past few days with a mate. How awesome it still is.

Anybody else found a golden AK in Far Cry? I was just bombing around the map in one of those buggy things and found a small hut with it hidden inside.

Apparently it never breaks. Haven't found one yet, I don't use such dumb noisy weapons anyway.

I got it really, really early on, like the first hour of play, and kept it for a long time. I didn't realise you could store weapons in crates, so when I bought my sniper rifle I had to dump it in the weapons hut

Why would you want an assault rifle? I thought you were hardcore!

It was early on, I didn't have access to better weapons. Played a bit more yesterday, was looking for a target in a jeep and thought I saw him. Zoomed in and it was a zebra. What a rad game. Apparently I've only completed 12%, but that's because I've done very few Pala missions.

What do you hardcore dudes put in your third weapon slot then? I have the flare gun, the sniper and the chaingun (or whatever it's called). Flare gun and sniper are for tactics similar to Seany's, chaingun is for SHITSHITSHITTHEY'RERIGHTNEXTTOME! time.

I got Dart Rifle for long range stealth kills. It's funny if you find a good spot and watch them all panic not knowing where the shot came from.

Silenced pistol/flare gun, silenced MP5, dart gun.

In online FPS everyone's always in FIND THE FUCKING ENEMY RUSH GET KILLS WIN THE FIVE MINUTE MATCH mode.
I think a stealth onling MMOFPS would be awesome where on the side you can get exp and money for gaurding say a warehouse. You can just chat with other guards, sit down and chill, guarding an object of importance. I've always wanted to sneak up on a human enemy who wasn't in 'alert mode' so to speak. Know what I mean?

Damn I need to get Far Cry 2 soon.

Yeah, if there was "wait grinding", that'd be awesome.

Then again, it's possible to be stealthy in the Uncharted 2 beta if you use the environment well or just successfully stalk someone. You can drag people off of edges or hide behind sniper spots, and I sneaked behind this guy for the whole map and snapped his neck.

To be honest Dingo, those two make it sound way better than it is. There's nothing truly groundbreaking in it if y'ask me, it's just a pretty convincing exercise in paranoid FPS adventuring.

I've been using a similar weapon set to you Sean but with the flare gun switched out for the dart rifle. I might have to start using something else though because it seems a waste of a gun with only 5 darts. :/

Until you get the ammo upgrade for the dart rifle I'd stick to a flamethrower with a proper sniper rifle in the primary slot and a silenced pistol for close encounters. But that's just me.

Oh yeah shit, I mean I have the standard sniper rifle, the dart rifle and the silenced pistol. Do you know how much the ammo increases when you get the upgrade for the dart rifle?

Don't see the point of carrying a sniper and the dart rifle though.

I did that for a while before I went all silent. I still roll five darts, but you always get some back when you take out a camp/safehouse/checkpoint.
