Re: Now Playing...
I just carry it for use when I run out of silent shots. I'd usually find a good spot and shoot a barrel in the campsite spreading a fire and alerting them to my position (usually up on a hill) I can then pick them off as they try and run up the hill towards me in a big line.Seany C wrote:10. But it's a one hit kill and silent which makes it surprisingly worthwhile.
Don't see the point of carrying a sniper and the dart rifle though.

I think a stealth onling MMOFPS would be awesome where on the side you can get exp and money for gaurding say a warehouse. You can just chat with other guards, sit down and chill, guarding an object of importance. I've always wanted to sneak up on a human enemy who wasn't in 'alert mode' so to speak. Know what I mean?
Splinter Cell 3's online mode is exactly that but third person.

Re: Now Playing...
But those are 3 vs 3 affairs where as in MMO you could get a ton of guys defending and maybe a party of 5 who are well equipped trying to infiltrate. Also, the matches last 10 minutes so the defending side isn't going to walk around calmly like if they knew it could be hours before an attack.

So you would play a videogame, where you may have to patrol an area for HOURS before you have a firefight?
Cool.

It would be optional and you would get rewarded for it. It's be linked to an achievement too so people were always doing it.

Scene It: Box Office Smash has to be the best party game at a film school ever. Very addictive, and despite being the biggest film buff amongst my new friends there's enough blockbuster questions to keep me on my toes. Been playing it on and off all day in 4 player, considering I got it for 15 pounds I'm delighted! I even downloaded the expansion with an extra 800 questions and some more game modes.

Its definitely improved imo. The new levelling up system actually works, and some of the game modes are great fun.

Bayonetta demo.
Game is fucking awesome. Really easy , hopefully this will be different in the full game/harder difficulties, but other than that awesome, it's like DMC3 cranked up to the next level with even more cheesy humour.

Blood Money is pretty good, probably my favourite Hitman.
Stranger's Wrath is freakin' incredible though. I can't get on with PC games but I'll be getting that.

Playing on ODST on my own this time and enjoying it a lot more. With proper sound the atmosphere proves to be more potent, and while flawed, it's definitely a worthwhile Halo experience.

Started playing Prince of Persia and I'm enjoying it so far. It's very simple and very easy but I love the magical, fantasy feel it has. Graphically it looks amazing too with some stunning environments and character models. The platforming is better than the combat and though it felt clunky at first, it's quite fluid and very fun. The combat isn't bad either and is very stylish.
Re: Now Playing...
That game's concept was so great, and the final product was a massive letdown.

I had a love/hate relationship with that game. Mostly hate, but there was a little love, mainly for the art style.
