Today I questioned the effect cannabis has on my brain. I got home exhausted from work and smoked a phatty spliff then had sausage and mash potatoes and watched what seemed like an hour of this £1 pike fishing DVD. I think I actually watched about 15.

I'd like your thoughts on whether or not you consider cannabis addicitive? I'm often reminded that it's "Not habit forming" but I know plenty of people who'll readily admit they couldn't cut it out of their lives if they had to.

I'm addicted to it like a fat kid is to cake. On a psychological level. It's a tasty feeling like a tasty slice of cake, a moist smooth delicious cake oozing with goodness. It just makes everything better. I wish I hadn't adopted the 'It's not physically addicted so I would get addicted in any form to it' attitude towards my habit though. I can still go lengthy stints without blazing though. A week. A fortnight. I think I've had maybe two separate months since I started too. A lot of people don't even see their slight addiction as an addiction 'coz, y'know, it's just like, weed... and stuff, it's not heroin!' or they dont want to admit to it not being this flawless wonder drug that needs to be legalized by tomorrow oh my god man that would be so awesome, hi-five!
