Re: Work discussion
Unfortunately you're in Scotland. Being only mere miles away from bomby here I could launch an attack spontaneously and unexpectedly.

Re: Work discussion
either that or it would count as a security breach and i would be allowed to beat you with a giant plank of wood.

Re: Work discussion
Security breach in Cannock? All the chavs are probably stealing stuff anyway, it won't make a difference.

Re: Work discussion
yeah, because we all know chavs would rather steal planks of wood and fence pannel rather than hanging around in gamestation and carefully watching the pre-owned basket.

Re: Work discussion
if you had actually spent a decent amount of time in cannock you would know most of the chavs are in rugely ( if i spelt that right), rather than on the way to lichfeild.huntington, hendsford or near the town centre

Rugeley is split into halves, the filthy disgusting side and the mediocre side.

Re: Work discussion
I've moved into unemployment, which is great, as it means I get to be patronised by the Department of Work and Pensions for every two weeks that I remain unemployed.
They even want me to attend a 'Back to Work session' in September, which is pretty much just going to be some man in a cheap Primark shirt telling me that I lack skills and experience, since they seem to the new buzzworks flying around at the moment. Do you have the skills? Do you have SKILLS?!
It's really dull. But, I just applied for a Night Receptionist job in a hotel, which sounds perfect as I exist better during the night than I do during the day. Especially as it's so fucking hot.
But in conclusion, we can learn one important thing. Hi, I'm Raine, I went through University and it hasn't improved my job prospects one bit.
The system works kids.

Re: Work discussion
That depends really. If I remember right, most of you forum guys are teenagers, so if you do go to Uni you'll probably leave and the world will be a better place, rendering this piece of text irrelevant...
...BUT...
... right now what people are looking for it experience and skills. People who neglected to go to Uni and instead got an apprenticeship are looking a lot more like an attractive offer than someone who spent 3 years just studying the theory and will probably need to be completely deprogrammed (a lot of employers say forget everything you learned at Uni)
But that could all change really. Just to cover myself here. I'm not certain. It could be any which way. Wheee.
