Apparently it's only going to be used in the opening scene.

I doubt it. FF main theme songs are always used at different points throughout the game, plus they always have a separate song for the opening.

Edit: Wherever it ends up though, licensed x factor music in Final Fantasy? No thanks.

Slightly off-topic, FFXII's main theme was done by a Jap pop star called Angela Aki, but I don't remember hearing it once in the game
Maybe I just wasn't listening properly

360 Bayonetta demo codes been given away to the fist 200 people to comment. It's only for US/Canada but if you a US Live account it might work.

Once again, a major publication has tried to shoehorn in computer games and violent crime.

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article6922201.ece

And as usual, they got it wrong. That's really, really sloppy journalism. What next, "vicious killer known to own a gameboy at some point in last 15 years"?

I think they ignored the real reason.

Who knows if they'll honour the order, but it's worth a shot.

Yeah, hopefully they will though, could easily ge £30 for a copy of it.

Played KOTOR which I got from a Steam deal earlier. I love it. Was expecting it to be good but this is really good Smile

Indeed. KOTOR 2 is well worth a play through too when you're done.

I will be so disappointed if they don't make another single player KOTOR game.

They're making six, they're called "The Old Republic".

I'm only 3 hours into it and if the rest of the game is this good, I'll happily pick up the sequel.

Tesco appear to be honouring the L4D2 deal. If you want one, grab one now before they go out of stock (if they haven't already).

Dangly: Mass Effect is ok, but lets be honest, in comparison to KOTOR it fucking blows.

GDF: The Old Republic is an MMO right? I don't have the time (or a desire to pay monthly) for those games.

Dingo: 3 hours in? The beginning of KOTOR is actually the worst part, the game gets better and better as you go on.

Dragon Age: Origins is a lot like KOTOR, I heartily recommend it to everyone who loved the two originals. It's much deeper than Mass Effect and while it aint as good as the duology it's still an awesome game in its own right.

Serious Sam HD went up on XBLA today. I downloaded the trail earlier while playing Bayonetta, but by the time I came off it I completely fucking forgot! Only just remembered this second.

Serious Sam is good, yo, any other cool people who like it? It's nice to see that it's been updated.
