These are the sort of films you can expect when you watch Zone Horror

A paraplegic kills people when he possesses his monkey helper in his sleep:

Icy blonde alien bombshells lure creeps into the sack and freeze the from the inside out:

This one isn't made yet but if it was it'd be on Zone Horror:

Me and mcgugan often log on to msn and watch Zone Horror together just commentating on the film. Makes for some pretty good times. anyone here is welcome to join us. We're watching Instecticidal tonight.

That bit of dialogue is awesome, "I've had the most horrible thoughts lately".

Golden. Could I join some time?

I used to like that channel with Rodeo Wrecks, but they haven't shown it in a long time.

Oh god, that guy who takes the lifejacket! Hilarious, thanks for the link.

You're welcome to join tonight if you like but the films can be a bit hit and miss. If it's a miss you just have to get more critical and creative.

Oh my fucking god. This is a potential Pervert! beater. I should come round yours on Friday to watch this as I don't have wifi/laptop at home (yet) and we haven't met up in time. Shame we ain't got no dolla fo' weed but I got £4 at home so if you can chip in enough for a bottle of vodka that'd be pretty tops.

Also, your avatar looks like how I imagine you would of turned out if you were a chick. And I would. Zone Horror appreciation thread Spingay

Same.

Next friday I'd love to join in. Would a thread make sense if several people fancy it? MSN with more than 3 people is hellish.

I wanna hang with you IRL. If you got in to print based games journalism you'd probably work in London right? You wouldn't be able to wear your yellow jeans in my presence though.
Edit: I guess we could make a 'watch and talk' (we'll think of a better name) thread I guess, although msn is more instant and it's more involving when something happens like a nazi redneck trying to rape a college boy and proclaiming 'I ain't a faggot, I just wanna fuck you in the ass' and a chorus of HAHAHAHA and WTF instantly fills the chatbox. Wait... chatbox...

Reading typed messages is a lot less intrusive and annoying than having a bunch of guys commentating in your ear.

That's also what I meant.

As for realness: once I have the Netbook I can watch ZH and chat online, don't have TV in my room (two sets but no box or signal).

Are you still going to Miami, Sean? I'd easily go to a uni there on my exchange in a couple of years time (assuming all is going smoothly).

Education? Pah! The job I'm in now should really be done by someone who went to uni and got good grades (thanks daddy, but where's my fucking pony?) and I'm gonna be working on a lot of media based projects which probably bodes more well for my case of getting in to the industry than a piece of paper that says I've studied how to work with the industry.

I directed a short film over a couple of months which is still yet to be on air because it'll take too long to upload. S'alright, just experimenting really. Oh, and it was coursework for a really dicky film teacher who is a total perfectionist. Hopefully he liked it.

I'd love to take a look at that Casey, I love the fact that so many of us are aspiring filmmakers. It'll be fun to see where we are in 20 odd years! Why can't you upload it?

It's a big file so I've never got round to it, but now you mention it, I may just put it on upload whilst I'm out later.

As for career aspirations, I guess I should make a new thread. Smile

I think I'd be a pretty decent director, but I've never really had the chance.

I'd love to see your film, Ryan.

Any chance of more films on your website, Iain?

Me and mcgugan are gonna be working on a script soon, in fact he's already stated without me. Our college has agreed to let us use their entire premises.

Well, my main project is a bit tricky to get on the site. It's in HD, all dialogue in Norwegian and none of the music is owned by me. Meaning I'd have to subtitle should I upload it. I do have it up on Facebook though, where TONO can't catch me out and sue me to hell.

Other than that I've mainly done smaller projects, like ads and such. I've never bothered uploading them because I'd have to edit out the music, which is most of the point.

Have you seen Autumn Reflections though? I can't remember when I put it up, but I don't know if I told you about it. Received pretty good feedback on it, even if it is slightly pretentious.

And Casey, why don't you just use Windows Moviemaker to whittle it down to 20mb? That's what I did before I got Premiere Pro.
