Sequel to This Is England...

Called "We Were Faces" and is being produced for Channel 4 by Meadows himself, starring Thomas Turgoose, set 4 years after the events of the film. I think this is fucking amazing news, hopefully his work will reach a larger audience, i kno alot of people never saw This Is England (me included) until it was shown on Film4.

Also, its being funded by the money C4 is saving from axe-ing Big Brother. FINALLY, Big Brother is being of some use to the world, by fucking off.

Although I've recently been reintroduced to Big Brother by my cousin, and very much enjoyed it.

I thought This Is England was fucking excellent, this has real potential.

I would be really excited, but S. Darko was produced by Richard Kelly. I hope this won't be S. Darko.

On a somewhat related note, does anyone think Paddy Constantine's "I really don't get/understand acting" bit he does in every fucking interview gets a bit grating?

Slightly, but i think he's just trying to come off as modest, as everyone seems to be telling him how great he is at the minute...because he is.
