Sleeping troubles
Anyone else find their body is random and screwed up when it comes to sleeping? It's 9:10am local time and I'm not even tired, although I woke up at 3:20pm yesterday, but went to bed at 6-7 that morning. It's really annoying, I wish I could just hit the pillow and sleep like pressing stand-by on a remote. Never really looked in to whether there's any factors of my lifestyle causing my irregular sleep patterns like diet and stuff, but honestly, it can't make too much of a difference can it? Am I eligible to be prescribed sleeping pills? Anyway, I'm gonna go and try and sleep in the sun when I start feeling tired enough, that way I can top up my tan without boring myself senseless. Got a plane to catch at 3. Eurgh...
Re: Sleeping troubles
I once got into a really shitty rhythm when I was making a short for college with a 2 week deadline. Bit off more than I could chew and ended up staying up until 4-5 am every night editing. After that I had trouble sleeping for a while, but I managed to normalize is after a week. No I try to force myself always to go to bed at 12 and never let myself sleep longer than 10-11, even on weekends.

Re: Sleeping troubles
Maybe when I start work and sign up at the nearby boxing gym I'll be so knackered that things just pan out and I sleep when my head hits the pillow, but back to current events, I might try sleeping now.

Re: Sleeping troubles
I can't remember the last time I fell asleep prior to 3am. I tend to go to bed between 12.30 - 2ish, and lie around for ages with my head just floating.

Re: Sleeping troubles
My sleeping patterns are fine, I can go to bed at 12 or 1, whenever I get bored and sleep like a log until 11 or 12 in the day, not sure if that's a good thing mind lol
