FOOS - ROOO - DAH!
Who's playing it? Everyone I reckon! What a game! Absolutely marvelous stuff, I especially like how the world is so much more interesting to explore compared to Oblivion, random dungeons often being worth visiting. And smithing is awesome, almost got it leveled up to Daedric standards. Can't say I've been playing the main quest much, the missions I've tried have been ok, but nothing beats wandering around and discovering mysteries which just BEG to be solved.
What classes are people loving? I'm a Nord warrior, a monster with the two-handed Warhammer. Stand in my way and I will DEVASTATE YOU! FOOOOS.... ROOOO DAAAAH!

Only able to play at the weekends because I'm at Uni during the week but it has basically destroyed them. It is just too addictive.
I've went for a ninja bow wielding Redguard. I'm mainly the same as Major just far too distracted with side quests to play the main storyline. The random Dragon are a stroke of genius.
Has anyone found a really interesting/favourite shout yet? I've only got 6 or 7 so i've just been really using the Fire shout. Also the Werewolf transformation is simply fantastic.

I have a fantastic shout called Marked for Death. It damages the targets health and lowers their armour rating. Great for taking down dragons and bosses.
Also loving random encounters with dragons. The music is simply perfect at these occasions.
Been playing for about 34 hours myself.

I just ordered this, even though I think Oblivion is the worst thing ever.

Skyrim is a vastly superior game to Oblivion. The world is smaller but ten times more interesting and beautiful to explore. And it's set in Scandinavia, so you really can't go wrong.

Having not enjoyed oblivion, suprisingly, i am fully into skyrim, i am now a one handed imperial, 90 one handed, 75 block, with 70 destruction to fall back on in a pinch.I was married once, yet bandits thought it reasonable to take her from my home in whitrun and lock her up in a far away ruin, possibly to force money out of me, or have their way with her, either way, i was not having it.
After killing all of them in a stealth fashion (thank you dark brotherhood) i was tasked with taking her back to riverwood for some reason, upon arrival village folk where running in cowardice and guards where being slaughtered by a dragon, common sense told to take her in the house and be done with it, yet i had to play the hero.
In a brutal battle that saw many guards and even the friendly blacksmith killed, i turned round from a dead dragon to inform her of my victory, i sadly discovered she too had died in the clash, so naturally i attempted to raise her as the undead, scaring many and turning her into dust shortly after, many tears where shed.
On the bright side of things, Full legendary daedric armour, got several daedric artifacts i am collecting for the achievement.
Bad news, my xbox decided to pack it in, i hate my life sometimes.

I haven't got a wifey yet, didn't realise they could get kidnapped I thought they were just useless living house decorations.

Well, they do set up a shop that will grant you 100 gold per day, and all it will cost is a few hundred gold coins for an amulet and putting up with the shortest wedding ever, worth thinking about early on in the game when money is a little harder to come by.
