Saw the trailer yesterday, and I have made my mind up. If I don't already have a PS3 by the time this is launched, I'm getting one on launch day. Could be the fact that Passion Pit is playing during the trailer, but that video really affected me. Sooooo awesome.

I saw the feature list yesterday, seems like it'll be a huge improvement over the first one. Trailer backs it up.

I don't even want to think about how many hours I could lose playing user created block breaker games lol

Here's a confirmed song for the game:

Over the shoulder view:

Looks like plane switching wont be so rigid, look at the ramps:

Here's a review of one of my levels, just for the heck of it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxXsJhOSWZo

Details:

-Mouse and keyboard support confirmed
-Social network style integrations including a site where you can browse levels on your computer and queue them for download
-Each level will have a mini-url for easier sharing
-Any link on lbp.me can be turned into a QR code and printed. Hold the QR code printout up to a PlayStation Eye, and LBP 2 will bring up the corresponding level
-The entire mechanism for that calculator level on LBP can fit in a single microchip, the new way of compressing complicate logic puzzles into a small, thermometer-friendly object

Yeah I thought you would of been all over LBP1, being a creative type and whatnot.

I loved it. Just didn't really have that much time to waste on it at the time.. come back to it recently and the level building is very fun!

I'm still active on there so send me a message when it's ready for consumption.
I'm working on one at the moment that so far consists of going down a collapsing building (a constant stream of debris falls in the foreground) with platforms breaking and giving way at every corner. Then you go down a vent a land on a beam and a helicopter blows up the side of the building and starts firing in with two sections of the beam collapsing at timed intervals during the boss fight.
Media Molecule made a video with tips on keeping your thermometer level down which is worth watching, all of what I have so far only takes up a quarter of the thermometer which is pretty amazing considering my shortest level, Shoot or Sneak took up 95%. I think limiting yourself to around 5 material types is a good tip.
