I don't think big street parties are the way to go.
House parties, on the other hand. Got twelve Miller and eight Blackthorn for under a tenner at Tesco this morning in prep.

Blackthorn is a serviceable enough cider, and for under two quid for a four pack you can't really go wrong
Y'all have a good time, and stay safe.

How much for a 4 Pack?? Is that a joke?
Is it okay with Blackcurrant?
And yeah, nobody get raped or anything.

Never had any cider with blackcurrant except that Koppaberg one. Tastes like juice.
Four pack of Blackthorn (440ml) x2 = £3.94
Twelve pack of Miller (330ml) x1 = £6
Also bought two cans of JD and coke, but they were £2 each.

I think I'm also Blackthorning it up. Tastes horrible if y'ask me, but then it is alcohol, as opposed to Fanta.

Magners or Bulmers is a fine, sweet cider.

Cider is one of those drinks where, after you've got hammered once off it, it then makes you feel sick every time you drink it afterwards.

Re: Hogmanay in Edinburgh
The actual street party was great, and no doubt shitted all over your "Hey is it a special event? I guess not because we're a bunch of teens getting drunk in someone's parents' house a la every saturday night ever" house party, but at times during the eight hour wait to get back home I wanted to die.

Ouch man, every Saturday night ever is pretty cool.

Hehe, truth be told I'd have no doubt enjoyed your kinda night too. It's all just big talk - had we been invited to one we might not have went to Edinburgh at all.
We ended up sleeping rough because we're idiots and assumed because it was hogmanay it'd be fine; it wasn't. Did everyone else enjoy themselves?
