Demon's Souls

Anyone interested in or even aware of this? Japanese made medieval action RPG currently only available through import (NA version came out on Oct 6th though apparently the foreign version has perfect English text/voice acting). You create your character and have plenty of armour to customise your appearance and stats with, you have like 8 classes or something and it's got critical acclaim.

Quite a few games I want coming out this month (great fucking month for PS3) so I might have to import this after my next pay cheque.

Yeah it's meant to be pretty fucking awesome, and really hard. Definitely want to try it but I don't know when i'll get round to it, no time.

I nearly imported the Hong Kong one months ago, but I'm still holding out for a Euro publisher.

I caved in and bought the US version on Friday, just used one of those ebay sellers that posts from the UK. It arrived today and I've been playing for the last two and a half hours.

This game is good. As in GOTY snatching good. I've dreamed of playing something like this for years, and everything is so tight. When people say it's hard, they're not lying, but those who claim to have died in the tutorial are massive pussies. It's perfectly designed, though. Never once so far have I felt cheated, just like a retard because of rash decisions in combat, haste or just pushing a bit too far.

Oooh, forgot about this. Will have to import the CE when my bonus comes.

I wish I'd had the extra cash/idiocy to get the nice edition. If only for the amazing boxart, the standard NA one is a bit balls.

And I'm going to tentatively say that I can see you really liking this one Sean. I'm only a couple of hours in but I can already see it's going to be a hell of a time investment.

Oh, and the online features are awesome.
