Looking at all the, how would one say, 'niche' porn that weeble was posting it got me thinking about all the different turn ons in the world. Is there anything one can't get turned on by? Feet, fat, food, farts, frogs, frankfurters... well the list could go on for a long while. Why do humans grow to be turned on by such things, is it events from their childhood? I can't see what sort of event could take place when you're young to make you want to make love to the webbing of some girls sweaty size 13's. Are the ones where you degrade yourself by being pissed on or getting tied up and whipped rooted from a self hatred? I just want to better understand why people get horny over the things they do.

Heh, it always interests me how we treat different facets of sexuality. Like, we are right now with paedophiles where we were 100 years ago with homosexuals. What does that say about us in a century?

However, I disagree with your statement - "paedophile" and "good person" aren't mutually exclusive, as you don't need to act out on your fantasies to be a paedophile. Another difference is of course that a homosexual couple have the same chance of sticking together for the rest of their lives as any heterosexual one. But a pedophiliac relationship could only last a few years in theory, because the pedophile would no longer find the partner appealing.

I can't see it ever reaching the same status as homosexuality, no matter what happens in the future. The idea of it sickens me to the core.
