Beer is alright for parties if you don't care what you're drinking, and as mentioned, Corona is very, very good for beer. After four days of Tenants last week I couldn't bring myself to take another sip, though, and most beers taste pretty icky after a while. I prefer cider immensely, because it actually tastes nice. Gaymers and Bulmers are favorites, but if I'm looking for a change a bit of Strongbow can't go wrong in my book.

Whisky, white wine or cider.
And yet, I usually end up drinking from bottles of Vodka. Ho hum.

I dislike most spirits, pretty icky. Vodka with something is acceptable if there's a potential pull offering it, and my mate pretends to like vodka and cranberry for some reason.

As for wine, I enjoy a good red, but white's definitely the name of the game for parties. It is actually a drink that I like the taste of, which is more than can be said for most outside cider and the soft-drink pointlessness of poof juice.

White wine always ends in the worst hangovers though...

Staying awake until your sober is the best way to avoid a hangover. Prevention rather than cure. When you're too battered to keep your lids apart a nice fry up with a beer sorts your head out the morning after though.

It's actually surprising how quick you sober up in the early hours.

I rarely get hungover. I remember I'd been on the Sambuca one night, and woke up the following morning to lift my head and smack it against a table I was sleeping under, so that probably didn't help.

Disagree! Can't beat a beautiful cold beer at moments like these, just chilling to some music...

Following Inglorious Basterds we nipped for a drink in the fifteen minutes before the bus. Were in and out in less than 8 minutes, downed a refreshing pint of Strongbow while I was at it.

Coors Light is great 'down in one' material for when you want to be a show-off.
