Good Dick

I was considering putting this in recently viewed film reviews, but I didn't know how to review it. All I know is it's the sole reason I'm up at 5 in the morning, a full 4 hours after it finished. It's been 4 hours lying in bed, thinking solely about this film, Good Dick. Let me start by saying it is amazing. Not in the complimentary way (I did think it was great) but in the literal, after the credits finished rolling me and my friend turned off the TV and sat in silence for a good 5 minutes. It hit me on a physical level, where I can still feel a kind of hollowness beneath the base of my throat, an odd sensation that has fueled my 4 hours of contemplation. For the first time in a long time, I have felt deeply moved by a film. If you haven't seen it, and it's unlikely you have, I implore you all to watch it and come here to discuss it after you have just to see if anyone can put into words what I'm thinking about it right now.
