It looks like a Final Fantasy cut-scene.

It mabe doesnt live up to the hype, and i dont think its a particularly good trailer... had Cameron kept his mouth shut, i think the reception would be better?

Either way, the CG on the Avatars does look incredible, but we are'nt seeing it in 3-D, or on a cinema screen.

I'm hoping it'll look a little bit more spectacular in 3D

It'll still just be a 3D Final Fantasy cut-scene on a cinema screen though. It looks that fake in such a tiny format, imagine how it will look all blown up... urgh.

I'm so fed up with CGI in movies nowadays.

Who needs creativity when you have CGI?

There isnt anything wrong with CGI if its used creatively.

My mate saw a poster for that yesterday and I pointed out it would be shit.

Empire and Total Film will fucking lap it up of course, but that trailer doesn't look like anything remotely special or original.

I started going off Empire around the time they gave Terminator Salvation four stars.

The CG mostly looks really good (not mind blowing as promised), but theres a few spots that look really off and PS1 CG like. The trailer was crap too but I still think it'll be a good film.

Cut-scene? In HD, this looks immense. Should be a good 3D experience.

Is that the new trailer? I'd recommend downloading it in HD from Apple. Looks a lot more interesting in 1080p despite still looking like a computer game.
